William Cutler is the Director of Halifax Transit's fleet and leads over 200 skilled tradespeople, in multiple unions, within Halifax Regional Municipality. William holds a Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) designation from Northern Lakes College.
William holds a Certificate of Qualification with Red Seal Endorsement in the Truck and Transportation Mechanic trade. William is passionate about public service and public transportation and advocates for skilled trades, in all motive power sectors, through public engagement and staff development.
